I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, nearing completion of my Master of Psychology (MPsy) from Adler Graduate Professional School. Grounded in a psychodynamic framework, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, OCD, and self-harm.
I have experience working with people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds, fostering a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for growth and change. I am committed to integrating the latest insights from mental health research into my psychotherapy practice. My intention is to empower clients to incorporate sustainable self-care strategies—through physical activity, mindfulness, or other personalized approaches—to improve emotional well-being.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, support, or tools to manage life’s challenges, I strive to meet you where you are and guide you toward greater self-understanding, balance, and resilience.
I am a registered Psychologist with more than 10 years experience providing culturally sensitive, trauma-informed services to a broad array of presenting mental health concerns. My practice focuses on helping anyone finding themselves feeling “stuck” with unwanted thoughts, overwhelming emotions, and problematic patterns of behavior. The goal of therapy for many of my clients is to create meaningful, sustained changes with these concerns in order to live more rewarding and meaningful lives. I am experienced working with a wide variety of presenting concerns including suicide and self-harm concerns, mood issues, anxiety issues, and more.
